Situation in Ukraine

Dear friends,

First of all, please let us thank you for all the last correspondence your have sent to our office regarding the actual situation in Ukraine.

We want to confirm herewith again, that our only member at this moment in the Ukraine is AUPOSD, and that IDSF will not recognize any other entity until we all have been able to solve the problem in your country and all of us will agree on, perhaps, a new solution. We will not accept any secession of the actual AUPOSD as member of the IDSF.

It took us more than one year to be able to come to the important Agreement we signed only two years ago, and we all were extremely happy about the result we were able to achieve, even if one federation, UDSA, was not part of the signature of the new Agreement.

How is it possible that only after two years, we come to the actual situation in your country and you can not work anymore together in the same way as we all expected for the future of our DanceSport in your country, when we all together signed the very important Agreement in 2005.

Misunderstandings inside a Federation can happen always, but it must be the intention and desire of everybody to solve internal problems on a democratic way by speaking to each other and finding the right way to go ahead.

Marco and I, we will come to Kiev on the second weekend in March and are prepared to be part of the conference or General Assembly or Meeting you want to organize, but only under the condition that all of you are present at that meeting, with the real intention to find a solution to the actual situation, and if really everybody is willing to work under the premises we signed in our Agreement in 2005, and this means to elect a Presidium which will take care of all the work of the Federation and that everybody will accept the decisions of that Presidium, even if perhaps sometimes they disagree.

What is, of course, extremely important is that the work which have to be done in your country, has to be strictly under the Rules and Regulations of IDSF.

On the other side, please let us confirm that also Marco and I, can accept a meeting with Government persons, your NOC or Sergey Bubka, only if all of you are present, or the Legal Representative of the AUPOSD, decided by you all. We can not give the impression that there is no understanding between the different federations of DanceSport existing at this moment in Ukraine.

We would like to have, during our meeting, an official and recognized translator in order to avoid any kind of misinformation. We can have the meeting in German or English, and it's up to you to find the correct translator.

It would be, of course, very important that before our meeting you try to come together and find the right way for the future of our DanceSport in your country, because IDSF needs a strong and important member in the Ukraine, representing, at least, 80% of all DanceSport athletes.

Perhaps it would be also important that you can invite to this meeting, the President of the UPDSC, as in the future also this federation should be associated or direct member, to our member federation.

Перш за все, дозвольте нам подякувати за ваші листи, які ви надсилали нам у наш офіс, описуючи реальну ситуацію в Україні.
Ми хочемо ще раз зазначити, що на цей момент єдиним членом є ВСГОСТ, та що IDSF не визнає жодної іншої організації, доки ми не вирішимо всіх проблем у вашій країні або, можливо, кожен з нас погодиться на нове вирішення проблеми. Ми не приймемо жодного рішення щодо припинення членства ВСГОСТ в IDSF .
У нас пішло часу більше, аніж один рік, щоб прийти до укладення Договору, котрий ми підписали всього 2 роки тому; ми всі були дуже щасливі, що досягли такого результату, навіть, через те, що одна федерація, АСТУ, не була однією з сторін Договору.
Як трапилось, що всього через два роки ми маємо таку ситуацію – ви вже не можете працювати разом так, як ми передбачали майбутнє нашого «Спорту і Танців» в Україні, підписуючи такий важливий Договір у 2005.

Непорозуміння всередині Федерації звичне явище, проте кожен повинен мати намір та бажання вирішувати внутрішні проблеми демократично, дискутуючи одне з одним та знаходячи правильний вихід з ситуації.

Марко і я плануємо приїхати у Київ на другі вихідні березня та готові бути присутніми на конференції або Загальних Зборах, яку ви хочете організувати, проте лише за умови, що кожен з вас буде присутнім на цій зустрічі з дійсним бажання вирішити дану ситуацію, якщо кожен з вас буде прагнути працювати на основі Договору підписаного у 2005. А це означає, що ми маємо обрати Президію, яка б керувала роботою Федерації, і кожен визнаватиме рішення Президії, навіть тоді, коли ви й не погоджуватиметесь.

Також надзвичайно важливо, щоб уся робота, що проводитиметься у вашій країні, строго відбувалася згідно Правил та Положень IDSF .

Також запевняємо, що Марко та я визнаємо збори за присутності посадових осіб МОК, або Сергія Бубки, якщо кожен з вас буде присутній, або уповноважений представник ВСГОСТ, обраний вами. Ми не можемо подавати вигляду, що існують непорозуміння між різними федераціями «Спорт і танці» на даний момент в Україні.

Ми б хотіли, щоб на нашій зустрічі був присутній офіційний перекладач з метою уникнення непорозумінь. Ми можемо проводити збори як на німецькій, так і на англійській мові; ви повинні подбати про наявність перекладача.

Було б, звичайно, дуже добре, якщо б перед нашими зборами ви все-таки спробували знайти компроміс щодо майбутнього «Спорту і Танців» у вашій країні, тому що IDSF потрібен серйозний та важливий член в Україні, який б презентував щонайменше 80% всіх атлетів «Спорту і танців».

Також було б добре, якби на зустріч ви запросили Президента UPDSC , оскільки в майбутньому ця федерація може бути членом нашої федерації IDSF .
